GRAL PAZ JUNIORS VS C. B° PARQUE 
A lo solicitado no ha lugar (art. 40 del R.T.P.), sin perjuicio de ello el tribunal de disciplina de la liga cordobesa aclara: la señora árbitro Prunesti 
Guadalupe informa textualmente: “Al intentar reanudar el encuentro las jugadoras del equipo Barrio Parque junto a su capitán Redondo Paula y 
cuerpo técnico presente manifestaron no encontrarse en condiciones emocionales”, es decir que no surge de la apreciación de la Sra. Arbitro 
dicha apreciación, si no que llamadas a jugar no concurrieron, siendo la decisión de las jugadoras y no del árbitro, por lo que el hecho encuadra 
en el artículo 106 inc. B del R.T.P. por lo que la decisión tomada se basa en lo informado por la señora arbitro no pudiendo el tribunal alterar 
dicha circunstancia. El vector de los argumentos establecidos por la recurrente no surge de las constancias del expediente por lo que no 
corresponde su análisis.
